Discover our social responsibility

At eureka hr, corporate social responsibility (CSR) is about good management practice - 'doing the right thing' by our candidates and clients as well as the wider community and the environment.

When it comes to CSR, small professional services businesses such as ours do not have a large customer base shaping our agenda or our reporting requirements. However we can shape our corporate social responsibility by choosing who we partner with to ensure we can place our candidates into organisations which are striving towards being a sustainable business.

We are making it easy for our employees to get involved in the community and support the community group of their choice. Also critical, is doing what we can to build a sustainable environment, ensuring that our office uses less and recycles more natural resources.

We are committed to forming relationships with organisations focused on human rights, the disadvantaged and the environment and will donate a part of our candidate placement fee on behalf of the successful candidate to a Not for Profit organisation.

We recognise that the desire to be more responsible also applies to our clients. In recent years the tendering process has gone beyond technical expertise and price to examine a business’s ethics, sustainability and cultural fit and we hope to reflect your aspirations around fit and broader purpose.

We believe trust and ethical business practices are absolutely critical to both our brand and to improving customer loyalty in our business. We strive to achieve these goals, not just because we are obliged to do so, or because it makes good business sense, but because we want to do things this way, because it is the right thing to do.
