Margaret Phibbs

Margaret has worked as a senior consultant and manager in human resources consulting and HR recruitment for the last eight years. She has worked with senior executives across all industry sectors and managed the NSW HR Consulting business of a major global professional services organisation with a focus on assessment and executive and leadership coaching. Prior to her HR experience, Margaret held operational positions and senior roles in the public sector, leading a range of trade and investment projects specialising in the Asia Pacific region. Margaret holds a BA degree and has completed studies in leadership and management.

Maria McAllister

Maria has a diverse HR career and for the last six years sourced senior HR professionals across a broad range of industries. She has worked as a senior consultant in a global career transition management company and led a number of major change projects in a leading boutique change management organisation. Prior to moving into consulting work, Maria had a career as a senior HR professional working in a national role for an international IT company and worked at Westpac for eight years, where she held a number of executive roles including Head of Corporate Policy and Diversity and lead HR roles managing teams of multi-disciplinary professionals. Maria also brings strong experience in OH&S, commencing her corporate career in Australia as an OH&S professional in a FMCG company. She holds a MA degree in HRM and Graduate Diploma in OHS.
