Taking ownership for managing a team of L&D Consultants, you will align the L&D component of the HR and OD business strategy to reflect current and future challenges, designing new and blended learning interventions and the delivery of practical learning solutions.

Previous exposure of leading a L&D team within a services related industry would be well regarded. Experience in design, analyzing and delivering on business unit capability requirements, facilitation, coaching and consulting with all levels of management is essential. A deep knowledge of learning and development, good project management skills will position your success well.
